Kind attention to all supervisors and BRTES, Inform all the teachers/HM
to make entry of their training attended details in the year 2019-20 in
the web Portal without fail, following the STEPS ven below.
This is very important exercise to be carried out by the teachers at schools in web Portal. The BRTE of concerned school must take responsibility for this. After completing this work, all supervisors must report to DPO. So, Kindly concentrate it. This details only will reflect in the Budget, to be used for all training purposes in future
STEP1 in EMIS web portal, Click "Staff Details".
STEP 2 Click "Training Details", Find all the sub titles.
STEP3
A) Click "Training attended Report", verify all details here and make sure all entries are done
• Regarding training, all teachers/ HM must enter their training attended details of the year 2019-20 without fail. (If attended)
• fone teacher has not entered the data for training, then the teacher will be listed under the teacher without training details. ) Click "BT- By subject taught" in the school, verify all details here and make sure all entries are done.
• Suppose a teacher teaches two subjects, For eg Tamil, and Social Science means, the concern teacher has to enter his/her training details twice in EMIS Web Portal. • First, Select Tamil, enter the details and submit it.
• Again select social science, enter the details and submit it.
STEP 4 Kindly check the web site and if any other additional information regarding training need to be collected, inform us. So that, It can be conveyed to the district office to include it state EMIS web portal. NOTE : We have sent model videos through SSA Whats app group for your reference.
