சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்புக்குப் பின் பணிநியமனம் மறுக்கப்பட்ட கனிமொழி எனும்
தேர்வருக்கு உரிய கட் ஆப்மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருப்பின் 4 வார காலத்திற்குள்
பணிநியமனம் வழங்க ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத் தலைவருக்கு சென்னை உயர்
நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்துள்ளது.

தீர்ப்பில்: the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order of the
second respondent rejecting the candidature of the petitioner is hereby
set aside and the second respondent is directed to consider the
petitioner for appointment as Post Graduate Assistant Teacher inTamil
based on her marks secured after certificate verification, at any rate,
final orders shall be passed bythe second respondent in this matter
within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
orderஎன உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
