How To Make Corrections in the NEET 2018 Application Form?
The candidates will be allowed to make changes in the details in the application only as per the schedule given below. To edit the data, follow the instructions given below.- Click on the link which will be given on this page as soon as the window for Application Form Correction is available.

Identification identity correction in NEET 2018 Form
- Who can add: Such candidates who filled NEET application with IDs other than Aadhaar, that is, they used passport, ration card, bank account number, and Aadhaar enrolment number, can add their Aadhaar number or the Aadhaar enrolment number in the application form of NEET 2018.
- Who cannot add: Those who have either already filled form with Aadhaar card or have nationality as foreigner, OCI, PIO, NRI.
Date of birth correction in NEET 2018 Form
- Who can correct: Such candidates who filled NEET application with IDs other than Aadhaar, can correct their date of birth.
- Who cannot correct: Those who have either already filled form with Aadhaar card cannot edit DOB because their date already matches with aadhaar card details.
Gender correction in NEET 2018 Form
- Who can correct: Same as above.
- Who cannot correct: Same as above.
State code of eligibility correction in NEET 2018 Form
- Who can correct: All candidates can correct this field.
Those who belong to Assam, Meghalaya, JnK can change state of eligibility to state other than these 3 states only if theu have obtained their aadhaar number or aadhaar enrolment number as the exemption for aadhaar is only for these 3 states.
State specific rules like permissible identity types, self-declaration, question paper language, centre choice will depend on state of eligibility in NEET 2018. So candidates will have to fill these fields wisely again.

Q. Is it necessary to upload the photo with name and date written at its bottom? I have uploaded one without name and date and it has been uploaded successfully. So, it is fine or should I change it?
A. In the FAQ sections of CBSE, number 12, it has been specified that such Photographs will be accepted by the CBSE, if otherwise found correct.
Q. What are the possible reasons for rejection of NEET 2018 Application Form?
A. The possible reasons because of which your application form might get rejected are listed below:
- Incomplete Application Form
- Applications not complying with the specification given for uploading scanned image of Photo and Siganture or without clear photographs are liable to be rejected.
- De-shaped or seems to be manipulated or digitally edited images, the form of such candidate will be rejected
- Signature done in Capital Letter are not acceptable
