சர்க்கரை நோயாளிகள் சாப்பிடக்கூடிய உணவுகள்:

புளிப்பில்லாத மோர், சூரிய காந்தி எண்ணெய், தவிட்டு எண்ணெய், நல்லெண்ணை,
ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய், சர்க்கரை இல்லாத காபி, டீ அளவோடு சாப்பிடவும். முந்திரி,
பாதாம், வால்நட் சாப்பிடலாம்.
