தொழிலாளர்களுக்கான வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதிக்கான வட்டி விகிதம் 0.10% உயர்த்தி 8.55 சதவீதத்தில் இருந்து 8.65 சதவீதமாக உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதிக்கான வட்டி விகித உயர்வால் 6 கோடி தொழிலாளர்கள் பயனடைவார்கள். பி.எப். வட்டி விகிதம் 2013 - 8.5%, 2014 & 15 - 8.75%, 2016 - 8.8%, 2017 - 8.65%, 2018 - 8.55%ஆக இருந்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
