*நீலம்: இவை வெளிநாட்டு தூதரக வாகனங்கள் ஆகும். இந்த வாகனங்களில் நீல வண்ண பலகையில் வெள்ளை நிறத்தில் எண்கள் பதியப்பட்டிருக்கும். முதலில் இருக்கும் இரண்டு எண்களும், எந்த நாட்டு தூதரகத்தை சேர்ந்தது என்பதை குறிக்கிறது. 

*ராணுவ எண் பலகை: மேல் நோக்கிய அம்புக்குறி ராணுவ வாகனங்களில் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. மேற்குறிக்கு அடுத்து வரும் எண்கள், எந்த ஆண்டு தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது என்பதை குறிக்கிறது.
