மத்திய நேரடி வரிகள் வாரியம் (Central Board of Direct Taxes CBDT) உடனடி நிரந்தர கணக்கு எண் (Permanent Account Number - PAN)'ஐ விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு வழங்கும் வசதியை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. 

விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் ஐந்து வினாடிகளில் தங்கள் ஆதார் அட்டையின் உதவியோடு பான் எண்ணை உடனடியாக உருவாக்கி கொள்ள முடியும். புதிய பான் எண் பெற விண்ணப்பிக்கும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் இந்த வசதியை வருமான வரித்துறை இணையதள முகவரியில் //www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home பெறலாம்.

இந்த இணையதள முகவரிக்கு சென்று இடது புறத்தில் உள்ள Quick Links என்ற மெனுவுக்கு கீழ் தோன்றும் 'Instant PAN through Aadhaar' என்பதை சொடுக்கவும். இந்த தேர்வை சொடுக்கியவுடன் ஒரு புதிய சாளரம் (window) திறக்கும் அதில் இரண்டு தேர்வுகள் இருக்கும் - 

ஒன்று புதிய பான் பெற (Get New PAN) மற்றொன்று ஏற்கனவே விண்ணப்பித்துள்ள பான்' எண்ணை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய அல்லது அதன் நிலையை தெரிந்து கொள்ள (Check Status/ download PAN). 

Get New PAN என்பதை சொடுக்கியவுடன் அடுத்து வரும் சாளரத்தில் பயனர் தனது ஆதார் எண் மற்றும் 'Captcha' உறுதி செய்யும் (confirmation code) குறியீடையும் உள்ளீடு செய்ய வேண்டும். மேலும் பயனர் ஆதார் மூலம் பான் பெறும் அனைத்து விதிமுறைகளையும் நிறைவேற்றியுள்ளார் என்பதையும் உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும். 

அடுத்து ஒரு ஒருமுறை பயன்படுத்தும் கடவுச்சொல் (one time password) விண்ணப்பதாரரின் கைபேசி எண்ணிற்கு வரும் அதை உள்ளீடு செய்த உடன் ஆதாரில் உள்ள தகவல்கள் சரிபார்க்கப்படும். சரிபார்த்த பிறகு விண்ணப்பதாரருக்கு பான் எண் வழங்கப்படும். 

ஆதார் அட்டை மூலம் பான் பெற விண்ணப்பிக்க, பயனாளர் கீழ் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள நிபந்தனைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும் இதற்கு முன்பு விண்ணப்பதாரருக்கு பான் எண் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டிருக்க கூடாது விண்ணப்பதாரரின் கைபேசி எண் ஆதார் எண்ணோடு இணைக்கப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும். 

ஆதாரில் விண்ணப்பதாரரின் முழு பிறந்த தேதி இருக்க வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது விண்ணாப்பதாரர் 18 வயதுக்கு கீழ் உள்ளவராக இருக்க கூடாது. எதற்காக நீங்கள் உடனடி பான் வசதியை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has created a 'Permanent Account Number - PAN' for applicants. Applicants can instantly create a PAN number with the help of their Aadhaar card within five seconds. Applicants applying for a new PAN number can avail this feature at the Income Tax Department website www.www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home Go to this web address and click 'Instant PAN through Aadhaar' which appears under the Quick Links menu on the left.

Clicking on this option will open a new window which will have two choices - one to get a new PAN and the other to download the PAN number you already have or check status (download PAN). After clicking on Get New PAN, the user has to enter his Aadhaar number and 'Captcha' confirmation code in the next window. The user must also ensure that he has complied with all the terms of the PAN received by Aadhaar.

Next, the one-time password (the one-time password) comes to the applicant's mobile number and the information in the source is verified when it is entered. After verification the applicant will be given the PAN number. In order to apply for PAN with Aadhaar card, the user must fulfill the conditions stated under the PAN number.
