29.07.2011 முன்னர் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களாக அரசு உதவிபெறும் சிறுபான்மை அற்ற பள்ளியில் ஆசிரியராக பணிபுரிந்து வரும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு தேவையில்லை என்றும் மற்றும் ஆண்டு ஊதிய உயர்வு((increment) ஊக்க ஊதிய உயர்வு (incentive)தேர்வுநிலை ஊதிய உயர்வு(selection grade) ஆகியவை உடனே வழங்கிட சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
