அரையாண்டு தேர்வு வினாத்தாள் முன்கூட்டியே வெளியானால் தலைமையாசிரியர் மீது கடும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என, பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை எச்சரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளது. பத்தாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கான அரையாண்டுத் தேர்வு இன்று தொடங்கி டிசம்பர் 23ஆம் தேதி வரை நடைபெறுகிறது. 11, 12ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு கடந்த 11ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கிய அரையாண்டு தேர்வு டிசம்பர் 23ஆம் தேதி முடிவடைய உள்ளது. அரையாண்டு தேர்வுக்கு 10, 11, 12ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு மாநில அளவில் ஒரே மாதிரியான வினாத்தாள் தயாரிக்கப்படும். 

மற்ற வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு மாவட்ட அளவில் வினாத்தாள்கள் தயாரிக்கப்படும். அரையாண்டு பொதுத் தேர்வுக்கு அரசுத் தேர்வுத்துறை வினாத்தாள்களை தயாரித்து வழங்குகிறது. அந்த வினாத்தாள்கள் தனியார் அச்சகங்களில் அச்சிடப்பட்டு வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இந்நிலையில், 9ஆம் வகுப்பு அரையாண்டு தேர்வு வினாத்தாள் முன்கூட்டியே வெளியானதால் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. இதுகுறித்து பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது. இதைத் தொடர்ந்து வினாத்தாள்களை பாதுகாப்பாக வைக்கவேண்டும் என அனைத்து தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அறிவுரை வழங்கியுள்ளது. 

 இது தொடர்பாக பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறையின் விழுப்புரம் மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர், அனைத்து பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் அனுப்பியுள்ள கடிதத்தில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளதாவது, தேர்வு நடைபெறும் அன்றைய பாடத்துக்கான வினாத்தாள் கட்டுக்களை வினாத்தாள் பயிற்று மையத்தில் நாள்தோறும் காலை 8 மணி முதல் 9 மணிக்குள் பொறுப்பான ஆசிரியர் அல்லது பணியாளரை அனுப்பி பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். வினாத்தாள்களை பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நேரத்தை பதிவேட்டில் கட்டாயம் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். 

 அரசு தேர்வுத்துறை விதிகளின்படி ஒரு தேர்வு அறைக்கு 20 மாணவர்கள் மட்டுமே ஒதுக்கீடு செய்ய வேண்டும். ஒரே நேரத்தில் 10 மற்றும் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு தேர்வுகள் நடைபெறும் நாளில், ஒரு தேர்வறையில் 10ஆம் வகுப்பில் 10 மாணவர்களும், 12ஆம் வகுப்பில் 10 மாணவர்களும் தேர்வு எழுதும் வகையில் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்ய வேண்டும். அரையாண்டு தேர்வு வினாத்தாள் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் பாதுகாப்பாக இருக்க வேண்டும். தேர்வு நடைபெறும் அன்றைய பாடத்துக்கான வினாத்தாள் இணை தலைமை ஆசிரியரின் நேரடி பார்வையில் அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும். 

9, 10, 11 மற்றும் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு அரையாண்டு தேர்வில் அரசு தேர்வுத்துறையின் விதிகளின்படி மார்ச் பொதுத்தேர்வு போன்று கண்டிப்புடனும், தேர்வு முறைகேடுகளிலும், ஒழுங்கீனச் செயல்களில் மாணவர்கள் ஈடுபடாத வகையில் நடத்த வேண்டும். அரையாண்டு தேர்வு வினாத்தாள் தேர்வுக்கு முன்கூட்டியே வெளியானது என்பது குறித்த புகார் வந்தால் அந்தப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர் மீது கடுமையான ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். 10, 12ஆம் வகுப்பு அரையாண்டு பொதுத்தேர்வு விடைத்தாள்கள் பாதுகாப்பான முறையில் எந்தவித புகாருக்கும் இடமின்றி உரிய நேரத்தில் விடைத்தாள் திருத்தும் மையத்தில் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அந்த அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

If the question paper is released Warning to Headmasters .. !! 

The school education department has warned that if the half-year exam question paper is released in advance, the headmaster will be severely prosecuted. The semifinal examination for Class X students will start today and continue till December 23. For students of Grades 11 and 12, the semiannual examination commenced on the 11th and is due to expire on December 23rd. 

State level identical question paper will be prepared for students of 10th, 11th and 12th grades for the semester. District level question papers will be prepared for other students. The State Select Department prepares question papers for the half year general exam. The questionnaires are printed and issued in private press. In this case, the 9th grade semifinal examination questionnaire was premature. The school education department is investigating the matter. 

Following this, the school education department has instructed all principals to keep questionnaires safe. The Viluppuram District Chief Education Officer of the School Education Department has sent a letter to all school headmasters saying that the question papers for the day's exams should be sent to the responsible teacher or staff at the Quiz Teaching Center from 8 am to 9 pm daily. The time taken for the question papers must be recorded in the registry. 

As per the rules and regulations of the government, only 20 students should be allotted one room. On the day of the 10th and 12th grade exams simultaneously, 10 students in 10th grade and 10th grade students in one exam will be allocated to write the exam. The semifinal examination questionnaire should be secure under the control of the school principal. The question paper for the day's exam will be provided to the room supervisors with a direct view of the co-editor. 

9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade students should be abstinent from the selective examinations and the abuses of the students as per the rules of the state selections. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the headmaster of the school if there is a complaint that the half-year exam was published in advance of the question paper. 10, 12th Year Half Yearly General Examination Answers should be delivered safely to the answer sheet in a timely manner without any complaint.
