இதனை ஓரளவு குறைப்பதற்கு கபாலபதி மூச்சு பயிற்சி உதவுகிறது. மூச்சை மெதுவாக மூக்கு வழியாக உள்ளே இழுத்து, பின்பு மெதுவாக வெளியே விட வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு ஒரு நிமிடத்திற்கு 120 முறை மூச்சை வெளியேற்ற வேண்டும்.
இந்த பயிற்சி செய்வதால் நுரையீரலில் தேங்கியிருக்கும் கழிவுகள் வெளியேறுகின்றன. இதனால் மூச்சு விடுவதில் சிரமம் ஏற்படுதல் குறையும். இதனை தினமும் 10-15 நிமிடங்கள் செய்தால் நல்ல பலன் தரும்.
